Our Flat
Hire the whole flat and party across our three rooms, with space for up to 250 people. Make the most of our living room, kitchen & study with two bars, retro games, beer pong & pool.
Living Room
The hub of the house party. Enjoy cocktails by the fireplace, and plenty of boogying the night away on the dance floor. Our Living Room is the perfect party hangout for up to 100 standing or 44 seated.
Where all the great conversations happen at house parties… Our eclectic space is suitable for intimate dinner parties & drinks or canapé receptions, with its own sound system ready to play your favourite party tunes and beer pong on request. Perfect for up to 60 people standing or 34 seated.
Kitchen
The perfect setting for a smaller group, the Study is our quirky little hideaway. We’ve got all sorts of fun and games available to play throughout the evening - from board games to retro consoles and even a fancy dress box. Perfect for sit down dinner parties of up to 14 guests, and with space for up to 25 standing.
